Here is how we operate in few short steps. 1. First of all, get in touch with us via email, with a short introduction of the project - for example, the type of the part: A-Arm, Track Rod End etc, the brand and the model of the vehicle as well as an attached photo of the part, too. 2. Then after we reach an agreement, you can send us the part, as this process is the safest and best way for taking all the exact measurement for the new dust cover boot. The spare part is not required to be in working condition, but it is important to be genuine, so we can attach OEM number for applications of dust boot. Sometimes the part is way too big for shipping (e.g. steering drag links), and in this case one small particular part that we will need should be send to us. 3. We will let you know about the time we need to create the new dust boot. 4. When the new model dust seal boot is ready, we will send you free samples. If the part you have sent us is brand new or in working condition, we will send it back to you too. Setting up and organizing that kind of project does not engage you in any way, you do not have to pay for anything either, since we are able to enrich our assortment thanks to your ideas. In some cases it is possible to set up a project by only using a photo of the part. You would need to send a few photos and put all the measurements ∅ small hole, ∅ large hole, H, G.
It would be good to have a photo of the original dust cover. This option is only for professionals, since we will need a lot of feedback if the new dust boot fits and works as intended.
